Bonham was having there annual Heritage Days with a Fireman's
rodeo that Bailey's VFD participated in.

Several people were quite dressed up.
Their were a few people there with some
very interesting face paint's.
The rest of the W's stated coming.
Here comes Deb's ...
Elisha and Stephen.
The first test was to see which department suited up in
there gear the fastest. I believe Bailey came in second with this test.
Bonham the paid fire department came first overall.
Here goes Bailey's team.
After getting suited up they stepped over the
line to pass inspection.

The next competition was a bucket brigade.
Each fireman would scoop up a bucket of water and see if they could hit
the target and run back to hand off the bucket to the next team mate.
Randolph's turn to hit the target.
My handsome fireman.
It was so fun to watch with these sweet people.
The 3rd test was to hook up a 2 fire hoses, open the water gate
and spray the target at the end of the road.
Randolph's team grouping together.
Taking a break.
The final test was for 2 fire departments is to do a tug-o -war type thing
but using water to get a bucket.
Bailey's team setting up for their turn at the hose.
Go Bailey!!
Andrew and Nathaniel watching the show.
Bailey vs. Ladonia was my favorite test to watch.
The Ladonia team fell and the Bailey team hit the bucket over!!
Nathaniel looked like he was having lots of fun.
Getting ready to head home.
Back to the station to put the gear away.
We ended our saturday with a lovely meal at the W's.
